The fine print
Home Try-On policy
Everything important, in plain language. The Home Try-On has its own policy and isn't covered by our standard 14-day returns.
Up to 5 frames, 5 business days
Your box can hold up to 5 eligible frames. You have 5 business days from delivery to try them, decide, and book the pickup.
Free delivery and free pickup
We cover shipping both ways across Cairo and Giza. You don't pay anything to try the frames at home.
Refundable deposit, not a charge
We take a temporary refundable deposit against your chosen payment method. It is not a charge. The deposit is released as soon as we receive your box back in good condition.
Return all 5 frames
All frames travel back to us in the original Try-On Box, with the included case, cleaning cloth, and any tags. The favorite you want to keep is purchased separately as a new order — that way we can fit it with your prescription lenses if you need them.
Original condition only
Frames must come back unworn outside the home, free of scratches, bends, missing parts, makeup, or perfume residue. Reasonable try-on at home is fine; visible damage means the deposit for that specific frame may be retained.
Late or missing returns
If we haven't received the box by the end of the trial period we'll WhatsApp you to arrange pickup. If a frame is not returned within a reasonable grace period, the deposit for that frame converts into a purchase.
Eyeglass frames only
The Try-On Box is for eyeglass frames. Sunglasses, prescription lenses, and contact lenses are not part of the trial.
Cancellations and changes
You can cancel or change your box anytime before it leaves our workshop. Once it's been dispatched, the trial period starts on delivery.
Damaged on arrival
If a frame arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we'll handle the swap — you won't be held responsible.
