Shipping Policy
We currently ship across Cairo and Giza, with more Egyptian governorates coming soon. This policy explains how your order moves from our workshop to your door — when it leaves us, how long it takes, and what to do if something doesn't arrive the way you expected.
Where We Deliver
At launch we deliver to all neighborhoods within Greater Cairo and Giza. We're working on expanding to Alexandria and other governorates — if your address is outside our current zone you'll see that at checkout, and you can join the waitlist on our home page to be notified when we arrive in your area.
Shipping Options
You'll choose between two shipping speeds at checkout:
Standard — Free
Free on every order within Cairo and Giza. Your order arrives in around 3 business days after it's been packed and dispatched.
Fast — Next Business Day
For a small flat fee (always under EGP 100, shown at checkout), your order arrives the next business day after dispatch. Available across Cairo and Giza.
Prescription Lens Production
If your order includes prescription lenses, we add lens production time before shipping starts. Single-vision lenses are usually ready within 2–3 business days; specialty lenses (progressive, high-index, photochromic, anti-fatigue) can take a little longer. Frames-only and ready-made sunglasses skip this step and ship the same or next business day.
Delivery Hours
We deliver during normal working hours so you're not getting a knock at 1 AM. Our courier will reach out by phone or WhatsApp before arriving — please make sure the number on your order is one you can answer.
Cash on Delivery
We accept cards, wallets, and Cash on Delivery via Paymob. If a payment method has its own handling fee, that fee will be shown to you clearly when you select your payment method — before you confirm your order — and the order total will update to reflect it. We never add hidden fees after checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a confirmation by email and WhatsApp. You can also check live status anytime from your account under "My Orders."
If Something Goes Wrong
If your package arrives damaged, opened, or with the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the package and the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund — see our Returns & Refunds page for details.
