Courier collects your frame at a time that works for you. Confirmed with a handoff photo.

Lab work + verified Rx
Our lab cuts your lenses and verifies the prescription with a lensmeter — we send you the readout photo.
Step 5
Delivered to your door
Back to you in your chosen delivery window. 7 days to confirm everything feels right.

A few things worth knowing before you start.
Service area
Pickup and delivery in Cairo and Giza only for now. Other governorates coming soon.
Frame fitness check
Photos catch obvious damage; the final go/no-go happens at our lab. If we can't reglaze it, we'll ship the frame back (return delivery fee applies).
Prices include coatings transparently
Anti-glare, blue-light, photochromic, high-index — every option shows its price modifier as you pick it.
Payment: card or cash
Pay online (card or wallet) or cash on delivery. A small handling fee applies to COD; a discount applies to prepay.
Deposit on premium lenses
Progressive, high-index, and photochromic lenses need a small deposit if you choose cash on delivery — waived if you prepay.
Delivery timing
Single-vision in the standard tier is usually a few days end-to-end. Progressives take longer because each pair is cut to order — we'll show your ETA at checkout.
If we break it
Qurrah frames: we replace it. Other brands: we cover the lenses and refund the frame up to your declared value.
7-day comfort window
Issue with how the lenses feel? Reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Eye test, separately
We use the prescription you provide. If you need a fresh eye test first, see your optometrist before placing the order.
